Aiki-Stretch Aiki-Stretch is a Aikido & Yoga based stretching class intended to help people develop their physical conditioning without the rigors of practicing martial arts. It involves yoga stretching as well as some basic Aikido drills. No martial arts experience is necessary, and the class is open to all women, men, and children over 10. Class will be Monday nights starting at 6:30pm and running approximately 45 minutes. No special atire is required, but pants that cover your knees are recommended (i.e. sweatpants, yoga pants, leggings, etc.). The Aiki-Stretch classes have been temporarily cancelled. |
